Cancellation Policy
There will be a 25% charge of any service that is canceled within 48 hours of the appointment time
If you fail to show up or fail to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window you will be charged 50% of the appointment total
When a cancellation or no show happens it is nearly impossible to fill the appointment slot that has opened. This policy ensures that everyone’s time is respected.
I understand things can and will happen. Exceptions can be made at my discretion.
